Do Not Call Registry

The Do Not Call Registry is like a big list managed by the government. When you add your phone number to this list, it tells telemarketers not to call you for sales purposes. It’s a way to help reduce the number of unwanted phone calls you receive from companies trying to sell you things. Once your number is on the list, telemarketers are supposed to check it regularly and not call you if they see your number there. It’s a way to give you more control over who can call you and protect your privacy.
